At SH by Sunhee, sharing knowledge is part of the craft. Sunhee and Capucine guide apprentices day by day: explaining, demonstrating, supporting, then giving each gesture the time to become confident.
We make room for those who are learning. Trust grows through appropriate responsibilities and attentive guidance. Beyond technique, we pass on a way of working: listening, observing and caring about every detail.
